The competition for the Sports Capital of Texas continues to increase. The addition of the new multipurpose complex in Old Settler's Park, which opened in May 2017, helps serve the need for outdoor sports facilities in the greater Austin area, while further enhancing the position Round Rock holds as a premier sports destination. The complex features field configurations for Soccer, Lacrosse, Rugby, Ultimate Frisbee, and Flag Football.
Plan of attack
As the competition grows for Round Rock, so does their ability to host any sports team. The plan of attack was simple: highlight the new fields and their versatility for all outdoor sporting events and tournaments.
